Hello, today decided to upgrade my mc version with fabric to 1.21.4, but couldnt launch the game until I turned this mode off. Im playing on windows with jdk21, my 1.20.4 instance (with ImmediatelyFast-Fabric-1.2.11+1.20.4.jar) launches without any problems unlike the one with ImmediatelyFast-Fabric-1.3.6+1.21.4.

This is caused by some software on your system blocking access to a required library of ImmediatelyFast. Most likely antivirus software. You can exclude the mentioned jar file and report it as false positive
