[Intel iGPU] Skybox flickering on ImmediatelyFast 1.8.0

Mods installed:
remember-my-txt- 1.0.2+MC1.20.jar
fabric-api-0.119.2+1.21.4.jar
ImmediatelyFast-Fabric- 1.8.0+1.21.4.jar

Fabric version: 0.16.10-1.21.4

With ImmediatelyFast installed, my skybox seems to flicker. This is particularly noticeable at sunset/sunrise.

Try disabling fast_buffer_upload in the config file

Additional context from discord messages: Caused by fast buffer upload. GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics 520, CPU: Intel Core i7-6500U
