I can't really read logs, so, i'll let it speak for itself.
Happened 2 ish seconds after entering a new world, when i pressed Q to drop an item.
If possible, i'd like to know how to read it, in not codey code terms in order to debug stuff myself. For the time being i'll try and remove the mod.

You have a lot of mods installed. I can't fix issues which involve that many mods. Try to reduce the mod list to the essential mods which are needed to reproduce the crash issue
