To Recreate:

• Create a new Fabric (0.16.12 - 1.21.5) instance
• Add ImmediatelyFast 1.9.2
• Launch Game

Changing fabric loader versions didnt seem to help (0.16.11 and 0.16.10 tested)
ImmediatelyFast 1.9.0/1.9.1 doesnt have the issue

Hi, I am also experiencing the issue.

Java: version 21.0.6
OS: Artix Linux 6.13.8 zen
GPU: AMD RX 5700 XT (amdgpu driver)
WM: DWM (XOrg)
Launcher: PollyMC 8.0
