VulkanMod 0.5.5 and ImmediatelyFast can coexist simultaneously.We should remove 'vulkanmod' from 'breaks'

I can move "vulkanmod" from breaks to conflicts in the fabric mod json, but I will leave it in the list of incompatible mods on Modrinth and CurseForge. Both of that is mainly because I don't want to be held back by having to support VulkanMod and I am pretty sure its going to break eventually again as new optimizations are added in ImmediatelyFast

I tested VulkanMod 0.5.6 and ImmediatelyFast 1.9.5 and got a crash when trying to start the game. Not sure how you got it to work, but simply removing VulkanMod from the "breaks" section in the fabric.mod.json doesn't work
