ImmediatelyFast (1.6.5) and Data & Essence (1.0-alpha16) is incompatible with eachother. I've asked from the Data & Essence developers and according to them it's because of the custom buffers Databank (their library mod) uses.

Reproducing

/locate structure datanessence:burrows/small_01 or stumble on it (may happen on other structures, haven't tested) and the game will freeze and not respond.
