When I turn the resource pack on or off, it happens that I don’t see the text on the buttons and the client sometimes crashes.

You have way too many mods installed. In order for me to debug this issue, please try to reproduce the issue with at most five other mods installed and upload the log again after you found out which mod causes the crash.

I removed the ImmedeatyFast mod and the problem went away.

Obviously ImmediatelyFast is involved in the issue, but you need to find out which other mod(s) are also needed to reproduce the crash. I can't debug this issue with a giant mod list like you have right now. You need to remove unrelated mods until you find the mod which causes the crash.
