[Bug/Crash] When plane explode or suffer damage from cactus the game or sever will just crash

Same as #145, could you please fix this? I really want to keep this mod on my server but afraid of some people will use this bug to crash the server

merged with #145, share version and modloader as I can still not reconstruct this issue
