What is the issue / bug you have encountered? Give us a short description.
[ When a Refined Transformer is connect to a Refined Storage Controller through Ender IO's Refined Storage Conduit, the Refined Transformer will not receive a signal until the adjacent Refined Storage Conduit block is removed and replaced.

This also appears to be a problem with ME Conduit and Dense ME Conduit as well. Though the conduit doesn't even visually connect to the Transformer, in this case, until the adjacent conduit block is replaced as described above. ]

How can it be reproduced?
[ Enter a Minecraft map in Creative Mode with Refined Storage 1.6.14 & Ender IO 5.0.43 installed. Place down a Refined Storage Creative Controller. Place a single block of Ender IO Refined Storage Conduit on top of the controller. Place a Refined Transformer on top of the block of Refined Storage Conduit. Notice that the Refined Transformer has no signal. Destroy the conduit block and replace it with a new one, notice that the Refined Transformer is now connected as expected.

The same steps can be taken to reproduce this issue with ME Conduit & Dense ME Conduit as well, though an Ender IO Creative Capacitor will need to be placed beside an Applied Energistics 2 ME Controller to provide a source of Redstone Flux for power. Applied Energistics 2 rv6-stable-6 was used in the second and third screenshots. Either ME Conduit or Dense ME Conduit can be used as the conduit block in this example, along with any combination of either Fluix Transformer or Dense Fluix Transformer. ]
