What is the issue / bug you have encountered? Give us a short description.
Cannot connect two Refined Storage network with Immersive Cables.
I'm tryed only with Relay and with Transformers. Only one Controller (two L is the Refined Storage Controller, the blue box).

How can it be reproduced?
One side : Controller, Disk Drive, Grid and few cables (chunk loaded)
Other side : Grid and few cables (not chunk loaded but not far enough to be unloaded, distance : 8 chunks)
Between : Refined Controler, Refined Relays connected with Refined Fiber Wire Coil, then another Refined Controler
The Controller (blue box) detects all elements on its side and all Relays + each Refined Controler from your mod counted as Relay, but not the elements on the other side are detected (so only one Grid instead of two is showed)
