Drawers and Counters don't drop

Describe the bug
When breaking drawers or counters, they don't drop as an item.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Place a drawer or counter
- Go into survival mode
- Break the block with the appropriate tools.
Expected behavior
When breaking the block it should drop itself

I just noticed a difference between loot tables, in immersive cooking 1.1.1 the loot tables of Drawers and Counters have been put in folders and don't drop anymore, while the loot tables outside of those folder have blocks that actually drop. So maybe the reason they won't drop is because their loot tables have been put in folders.
