Diesel Generator RF output config option affects fuel efficiency

While playing a modpack that had configured the Diesel Generator to output 1,024 RF/t, I was surprised to find that this config option also affects the fuel efficiency of the generator. Using a standard biodiesel setup, I expected to be able to sustain eight Generators instead of two, but instead found I could not sustain more than two generators. In this setup, I generated 2,048 RF/t, while spending about 1,500 RF/t on growing and refining biodiesel. This is barely more power than I could have generated if I had deployed the Kinetic Dynamos with waterwheels instead of using them to build the Generator Blocks.
The comment by this config option reads,
# The Flux per tick that the Diesel Generator will output. The burn time of the fuel determines the total output
I suggest that the comment should clearly state that the fuel efficiency of the Generator will be affected, or alternately, that there ought to be two separate config options to control the Generator's output and its fuel efficiency.
