[1.12] Garden Cloche allows item inserts into lower-left slot from hopper & mod pipes

Before reporting:

I didnt see any dupes when I searched

Description of the issue:

When player is in the GUI, i cannot add items to that lower left slot. I assume this means that the block wants that slot to be output only in all cases. But a hopper inserts into them no problem.

This causes an issue when making a line of cloches and trying to automate all of them.

Twitch clip: (in the clip, the pipes are transporting items and power, and the diamond crop harvests end up back in the item slot at about halfway through the clip
