Description of the issue:

Pretty much what it says in the title. I tried toggling recycling on/off in the configs (even though its turned on by default anyway), no change. Tools and armor CAN be fed into the Arc Funace still via conveyor belts but they won't smelt regardless. Machine IS powered and has graphite electrodes in place. Tested in singleplayer, currently untested in multiplayer (my server hasn't produced the necessary steel yet). If there's supposed to be recipes for recycling, they're not appearing in JEI.

Versions & Modlist

Immersive Engineering WAS being run with a list of mods at the time, so I figured that one of them might've been causing a conflict. However upon creating a fresh FTB profile in the twitch launcher with nothing on it but IE and forge, I found recycling to be non-functional there as well.

Updated to the latest version and is now working on my machine. Nicely done.
