Information you should know first:

I have researched about this crash, but I have not found any other crash similar to this.

Issue:

The issue here is that Minecraft Forge crashes every time I try to launch while running phase two. It gives off this error saying:

"An unexpected issue occurred and the game has crashed. We're sorry for the inconvenience"

Note: Normally I get and error saying "The game crashed whilst there was a severe problem during mod loading that has caused the game to fail.", so I don't get the problem here.

Versions & Modlist

The game crashes while loading forge, so the modlist can only be provided in the crash log (I have 456 mods because I'm trying to make a modpack).

Minecraft Version: 1.12.2
Minecraft Forge Version: 14.23.4.2726
ImmersiveEngineering Version: 0.12-82

I am also using the latest version of the ConnectedTexturesMod (0.3.1.16)
