Description of the issue:

Attempting to use the Skyhook on a cable crashes the game. Tried with Steel Cable, Hemp Rope and Insulated LV Wire. Seems to happen with mostly horizontal cables arrangements; couldn't reproduce with vertical and diagonal cables.
