Description of the issue:

Right now transformers output the same amout of the input, this causes the wires to burn when using them. I made a setup with 8 HV capacitors that output to a main HV line and then using transformers and feedthroughs to use MV inside buildings. It was fine until i made a cloche setup with 16 of them, conecting all at once filling the buffer pulls over 8012 RF/t and some wires burn.
I feel limiting the output makes sense so these HV main lines with MV inside buildings setups work fine. For now i used an HV capacitor to limit the output inside the building.
