Description of the issue:

Whatever changed on the last version 85, has made it so the Arc furnace ignores the input amount on a recipe. For instance I have a steel crafttweaker recipe that is 4 iron, 1 coal = 5 steel. Previously it would consume 4 iron and 1 coal and output 5 steel. Now it only consumes 1 iron 1 coal and outputs 5 steel.

It is important to note for crafttweaker with this change that the first input is only 1 item now, the input array still accepts multiples of an item.
