1.12.2 Items on uphill conveyor belts fall through

Description of the issue:
If I do not have a block under uphill conveyor belts, the items fall through when passing to the next conveyor belt up. Seems to happen sporadically when dropping onto a belt manually, and always when dropping onto it with an openblocks dropper
