Playing on modded server forge 1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2814.

When mining with a fully upgraded drill with steelhead it takes random durability ranging approximately from 1-5.
As far as I know, it should take 9 durabilities when I mine 9 blocks.

It does take 9 in singleplayer with same mods and same config.
