[suggestion]reduce tileentity lags

Almost all tileentitiy for Immersive engineering has more tps(tick per second) lag than most other mods, even more than EnderIO machines in idle.
The results comes from the mod laggoggles.
A single connector which connected only lights causes a lag of more than 200 μs/t.
A turned off mixer(using redstone) lags 43 μs/t.

These are TPS lags, not FPS lags, animation is mostly NOT the reason.
I hope you do more optimization for the lag of the mod.
I don't like to use IE's wires just because they are too laggy.
