Add a removeAll function to the CrT integration [1.12.2] [0.12-89]

The title is self-explanatory, simply add a removeAll function to the CrT integration, Most mods include it by default no matter how unlikely it is to be used, so it's kind of awkward when it isn't there for some reason.

The main reason why, though, is how the scripts look when removing everything manually, as it's ugly and takes a substantial amount of time to write vs. just writing: mods.immersivenegineering.ArcFurnace.removeAll();
