Description of the issue:

Using a Mining Drill with a steel head breaks Chisel Limestone just fine, however missing textures show up for the particles upon breaking. Unlike the Pickaxe Infusion enchantment Destructive, this shows missing textures on all 9 broken blocks, presumably because IE is performing the block breaking.
