Description of the issue:

When in midair, or when being pushed on a slime-based flying machine (likely caused by being the blocks below the player being turned into entities while being pushed or something similar), railgun scope doesn't work. Unsure whether not being able to scope in midair is intended behaviour or not, since i haven't been able to find anything in the ItemRailgun.java, ItemUpgradeableTool.java or ZoomHandler.java files that'd suggest that it is, but i'm sure the fact that they don't work in flying machines wouldn't be
