Description of the issue:

My coke oven has a hopper to feed it blocks of coal, resulting in the oven's input box always having a full stack (64) of coal bricks. Since I installed the hopper, I find that when the oven completes cooking a brick of coal coke, it does not drop the coke and creosote into its output until I manually pick up the input stack. Once I pick up the input, the outputs drop instantly into their respective slots. ETA: this bug also appears to occur when I have a full stack of coal blocks in the manual feed, i.e. without the hopper.

I was curious if automated output from the oven would change this behavior, so I installed a hopper and chest to remove the coke. (I already have the creosote pumped out to a tank). No change occurred, except that when I picked up the input stack, the output brick dropped through the hopper into the chest rather than into the GUI's output box.

I did try removing OptiFine as recommended by the IE web page, to no effect on this bug.
