[1.14.4] Windmill not generating power & duplicating windmill drop when broken in survival

I've tested this in a SP world since it happened in the 1.14 server.
The Windmill isn't generating any power when placed on the Kinetic Dynamo. (This isn't an issue with Water wheels, so I assume windmill is bugged)
The Windmill, when broken, drops the original and a copy of the windmill block (duplicate).
These two have been tested in SP world and in the 1.14 server and it happened in both.
