Description of the issue:

I have some conveyor belts set up as seen in the below screenshot. When I extract items from a chest (using a Covered Extracting Conveyor Belt) and the items move upward, they never make it to the horizontal Covered Conveyor Belt. Instead, they seem to fall back down to the bottom vertical conveyor belt and move upward again.

This is only reproducible on a server (specifically mc.gearhex.net). Cannot reproduce locally in a creative testing world (it works as intended in a creative testing world).

Crashlog:

No crash log. Just items not going where they should.
