Description of the issue:

It seems that any material that isn't from Immersive Engineering is flat out missing from the mineral deposits. For example: Cinnibar should be mostly Redstone Ore and a bit of Sulfur Dust. Instead, it is 100% Sulfur Dust. This also means that deposits consisting purely of vanilla materials (like coal and silt) do not generate at all.

To fix this problem, you need to add "minecraft" to the preferredOres list in the config file.
