[1.15.2] Placing Blueprint into Engineer Workbench Crash

Description of the issue:
Placing a blueprint into its respective slot on the Engineer's Workbench causes the game to freeze, a rendering error, and subsequent crash. This error is easily repeatable, having initially occurred on a server world, then tested on a new creative singleplayer world. Tested with IE isolated in a newly created world both in multiplayer and singleplayer, with forge being the only other mod installed.
