[1.15.2] [0.15-101 #5] Connectors are not sending power

Description of the issue:
In Build 5 from Jenkins, all types of Connectors seem unable to send power to attached wires.
Generators still produce power normally, and will transmit power to fill up the capacity of an attached Connector/Capacitor/Machine etc.
The example below is configured to charge only through the connectors.
