Could you please go into a bit more detail here? What do you mean by "can't get the item".
What item, what slot, what are you trying to do?
I need a detailed description to attempt to reproduce this.

I had this same issue but forgot to report it. Relogging fixed it for me. Happened again at a later date and I assume same fix applies. So probably something server-side?

"Iron Mechanical Component" is not received.
I checked only this

When you put the items to craft the iron component and click on the iron component on the right, you'll "craft" it for a second and the it disappears and the items used go back to their slot in the workbench.

The imagery will showcase how its miss generating the placement for the crafting of the items.
when the crafting icons/buttons/withdraw section is wrongly it will not let you craft items that are in the wrong position and the game thinks your trying to take out mechanical parts while it wants ingredients for circuits and vice versa.

Picking the workbench up and placing it back down resets the positions to their correct place but it requires you to take out and put back in any ingredients required to craft the item.

Can someone check whether this still happens? I've fixed a few issues, but haven't been able to replicate this exact problem.
