[1.14] The lever doesn't attach to the Diesel Generator (again)

Description of the issue:
Since the last release, the Diesel Generator was made to allow attaching things to the Redstone panel, but some oversight was made because it only works for the mirrored version of the generator, not the non-mirrored.
