[1.15.2] Basic wiring required materials description broken in manual

Description of the issue:
When looking at the required materials it shows this instead of the material:
Versions & Modlist:
- Immersive Engineering 0.15-103
- Forge 31.2.20
- Minecraft 1.15.2
