[1.14] Acquiring Hemp Seeds with the Pick Up key

Description of the issue:
When using the pick up on Hemp (by default the middle mouse button) it won't switch to Hemp Seeds in survival, and in creative it creates an odd Hemp Seed which won't stack with other Hemp Seeds, nor feed into the composter.
