[1.15.2] [0.15-105 #15] Silo has rotated hitboxes on support beams

Description of the issue:
When assembling a Silo, its support beams (Treated Wood blocks) have their hitboxes rotated 90 degrees. This happens when hammering any of its four sides.
This is a reoccurrence of #3875 on 1.15.2.
