Description of the issue:

For some unknown reason, wires which are part of circuits with LV wiring will keep burning for seemingly no good reason whenever they are connected. This behaviour is pretty erratic and hard to replicate.
It might be related to higher complexity of a network or it might be caused by generators like the Thermogenerator and the Kinetic Dynamo. I can't seem to be able to reproduce this in a small scale test using Creative Capacitors. Also, problematic circuits where generators were replaced by capacitors don't seem to display this behaviour either.
My conjecture is that devices connected with LV will cause a large in-rush current when first powered because already charged devices will burn the wire less often. This still doesn't explain why MV wires in the network often burn too.
