The game crashed after placing an extractor conveyor, the initial crash would seem to happen after one had been placed, the chunk it was in unloaded, and then reloaded, after that, it would happen whenever you tried to enter the world and loaded the chunk it was in. This was discovered on a dedicated server running a modpack and was reproducible with a similar crash log in a single player world with only IE installed. On the dedicated server, it also caused a problem with the profile of the player who encountered it, causing them to be unable to enter the server due to an internal server error, requiring it to be deleted.
