[1.15.2] Buckets of Creosote Oil cannot be used as a furnace fuel

Description of the issue:

In one of the 1.12.2 versions Creosote Oil buckets gained the ability to be used as a furnace fuel (smelt 4 items), however this appears to no longer work in both the 1.14 and 1.15 versions.
