Description of the issue:

Using the Engineer's Hammer, I have set the redstone control switch to be Inverted on my diesel generator and attached a signal to it. When I relog, that setting is reversed and I must again hammer the switch to set it to 'Inverted'

Additionally I applied the recent release upgrade and now I I am completely unable to affect the setting of that switch via the engineer's hammer; clicking, right clicking, shift right clicking, no effect.

IE: originally noticed this with ImmersiveEngineering-0.15-103 and confirmed that bug not only still exists with ImmersiveEngineering-0.15-105, but has gotten worse in that I am unable to again re-Invert the generator's control on world load.
