Description of the issue:

Whenever I try to start up a world, the game crashes back to the launcher. The loading screen hits 100%, and then it just instantly crashes.

Versions & Modlist

Running IE 109 and Forge 32.0.70.

Loaded up just JEI and IE and it worked just fine, loaded up BOP then as well, that also worked fine.
When I used IE v106, this modlist would work and it was fully playable, however due to IE it would crash after about 5 minutes of gameplay. This modlist has not changed since.

Mods ended up needing an update, and that fixed something. Long as it works, I suppose?
