Description of the issue:

When you try to climb wooden scaffolding, it looks like you get stuck inside the scaffolding. It won't let you move up or down. Left and right just spins you around. You have to back out of it to get out again. Haven't tried it with metal scaffolding. Was happening in earlier 1.16.1 builds but forgot to report it.

[EDIT] The Y value is changing so climbing is actually working but you can't see what you're doing. Forward (W) moves you up and releasing lets you drop but all you see is the inside of the scaffolding. Left, right, and back (A/D/S) move you out of the scaffolding and you fall if you were off the ground. Apparently just a visual issue?

If it makes a difference, the screenshot above looks like a full screen version of the scaffolding texture. If you move the mouse around, the texture stays in one place.

Verified that it also happens with steel scaffolding and it displays a static steel scaffolding texture while you are "inside" the steel scaffolding.
