[1.16.1-3.1.1-pre.35] Standing on Angled Conveyor Kicks You Fom Server for Flying

Description of the issue:

If you stand on an angled covered conveyor belt for several seconds, you get kicked from the server with the "Flying is not enabled on this server" message. Standing on normal covered conveyors is fine. Possibly related to #4032? It seems like the hitbox might be making the system think that you are standing in midair.
