In a LAN multiplayer world, one user had just created a mining drill, put a head on it and filled it with biodiesel. As soon as he clicked on a stone block to test it out, his game crashed. Every additional attempt to join back into the world resulted in a game crash with the same basic stacktrace. To fix, I had to edit his inventory to remove the drill. Now he is once again able to join the world.
