I think it'd be fun to enable the Railgun to shoot Ender Pearls, enabling the player to teleport to wherever can be pointed at.

Hrm. I'll consider it. I'd need to see what pearl entities are like and if I can influence their flight behavior. Otherwise I don't see myself making a custom entity for this.
