[1.16.3] Missing splash particle?

Problem is that when I was opening minecraft with JUST a new copy of immersive engineering which I reinstalled because of this issue to see if it would fix it, the game crashes on loadup. It is saying its because its failing to load a particle called fluid splash. Of course I have no idea if thats a missing file in the newest version on curseforge (which is this one for me) or if it is some sort of bug in the fluid splash file or what. Regardless I hope you can fix this issue, goodluck and I cannot wait to play with this mod again. I will also mention I have used this mod before in 1.12.2 and I am only encountering this issue when I am trying to use the 1.16.3 version.
