[1.16.4] Jerrycan with creosote as fuel smelts as much items as if all creosote was consumed

Description of the issue:
When using a jerrycan with creosote in a furnace if the jerrycan contains 1 bucket it will smelt 4 items, however when the jerrycan has 10 buckets it smelts 40 items but only consumes 1 bucket of creosote.
