[1.16.4] Swaping buzzsaw blades cause to use the previous blade for the first block mined.

Description of the issue:
When the buzzsaw blade was changed from rockcutter to regular sawblade the first block mined is silk touched. Vice versa also applies, when the blade is changed from regular sawblade to rockcutter the first block mined is not silk touched.
