[1.16.4] Buzzsaw silk touch not updated when using blade quiver

Description of the issue:
Similar to #4471 . The issue persist when blades are swapped via mouse wheel using the blade quiver upgrade. It works fine when manually swaping blades either with the upgrade or not.
