Description of the issue:

In 1.12.2 Days it used to be the case that when the Item Router tried to input a filtered item into a container (Chest, Machine etc.) that it would just pass through the item to the other side (provided there is a conveyor)

Setup

Expected behavior

The stack passing through to the other side as seen in the image below which simulates the expected path the stack would be taking.

Observed behavior

The stack just smacks against the input side and is just stuck.

Everything else however does pass through like normal.
