Wires don't connect from South to North but in reverse when exactly 16 Blocks away

Description of the issue:
Suppose you have 2 Connectors that are exactly 16 Blocks apart from each other (or 32 Blocks in the case of HV)
If you then try connect both starting with South/East and then go to the other connector towards North/West it will fail
Yet if you start with North/West and then connect to the ones South/East of it they happly connect to eachother
